Multiplier SMS consent
This page documents Multiplier's login-gated SMS opt-in experience. It does not collect consent or send text messages.
Where users opt in
An authenticated organization member opens Notifications, selects notification settings, and enters a mobile number. Multiplier sends one verification code. SMS delivery remains disabled until the member enters that code and affirmatively accepts the disclosure below.
What happens next
After Twilio accepts the approved number's enrollment confirmation, Multiplier records the consent time. The confirmation reads: “Multiplier: You're subscribed to recurring project and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”
Transactional texts identify Multiplier, contain a trusted bigmultiplier.com link when relevant, and include STOP instructions. Users can also disable SMS from notification settings at any time.
