Information we collect

We collect account and organization information, contact details, project and schedule information, notification preferences, device registrations, and technical information needed to provide, secure, and improve Multiplier.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate construction workflows, deliver requested notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not use transactional notification consent to send marketing messages.

Connected Google and Microsoft accounts

When you sign in or connect an account, we receive the identity information and permissions you approve on the provider's consent screen. Depending on those permissions, Multiplier can access and manage email and attachments, files and documents, calendars and events, contacts, tasks, chat spaces and messages, and forms and responses. We use this access to carry out your requests in the account you select, including reading, creating, editing, sending, and deleting supported resources. These actions affect the connected service directly.

Connections belong to your Multiplier user account. Joining an organization does not give other members access to your provider credentials. We store account identifiers, granted permissions, and encrypted access and refresh credentials on our servers to maintain the connection. Provider credentials are not given to the browser or Agent.

When you ask Agent to work with connected data, relevant API results may be processed by our AI and infrastructure service providers to fulfill your request. Requested data and generated results may be retained in your Agent conversation, its execution history, or files you choose to save. We use Google Workspace API data only to provide the user-facing features you request, not to train or improve general-purpose AI models.

Multiplier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending decisions. We share it only as permitted by that policy, including to provide requested features with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or in a corporate transaction with prior user consent. Human access is limited to your affirmative permission for specific data or the security, legal, and aggregated internal-operation exceptions allowed by Google's policy.

You can disconnect an account in User settings and revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account settings. Disconnecting removes the connection and its stored credentials from Multiplier; it does not delete previously saved conversations or files, or undo actions already completed in the connected service. Contact us to request deletion of retained data. Retention is limited by the purposes and legal, security, and operational requirements described below.

Mobile information and SMS consent

If you opt in to Multiplier SMS, we collect your mobile phone number, verification state, opt-in and opt-out records, and delivery events. You agree to receive recurring automated informational texts about your account, projects, schedules, tasks, approvals, and other transactional activity. Consent is not a condition of using Multiplier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers solely to operate messaging, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect Multiplier and its users.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, monitoring, and support. They may process information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, security, and operational requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can change notification settings in Multiplier. Reply STOP to any Multiplier text to opt out. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion rights available under applicable law.
